We stand by our commitment to deliver at Digital Ustaad. This is not the case with many of our competitors because they find delivering results that they promise to be a challenge. We make it a policy to deliver better than expected results before the deadline. This is our corporate challenge. We are able to deliver on our promises 99 % of the time.
At Digital Ustaad our business processes are arranged in a systematic manner, therefore we are not plagued by the problem of project cancellations and refunds, as is the case with our competitors. However, we have drafted some guidelines which formulate our refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy :
- You will be able to place a cancellation request within 7-10 working days of the date at which you submitted your initial order. You can place your cancellation request by emailing sales at [email protected].
- The cancellation policy does not apply to services ordered for promotional orders.
- Cancellation requests do not apply for domain names and domain name registrations.
- Service agreements will be canceled within 10 working days if payment for is not received by then.
- Fees arising from project cancellations will not be entertained.
Refund Policy:
- Our refund policy differs by service
- In the event that a refund occurs, the amount would be deducted from the work already done.
- Administrative fees and/or installation charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
- Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies will also not be refunded.
- In the event that you violate our terms and conditions, we will cancel your project entirely, and you will not be refunded.
- Any service delays or disruptions arising from third party involvement would not be refunded.
- If any project is complete more than 80% of the required target then the cancellation request would not be entertained.
- We reserve the right to cancel any project any time if the project violates the laws present in India or in the country in the world for which the project is being made.
